Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Leeds Development Corporation (Transfer of Property, Rights and Liabilities) Order 1995 and shall come into force on 31st March 1995.

Section 2Transfer of property, rights and liabilities

There are hereby transferred to the Secretary of State any property, rights and liabilities vested for the time being in the Leeds Development Corporation which have not either been—
(a) transferred under an agreement made under section 165 of the Local Government, Planning and Land Act 1980; or
(b) transferred under article 4 of the Leeds Development Corporation (Planning Functions) Order 1995 .
