Section 1Citation and commencement
These Regulations may be cited as the National Assistance (Sums for Personal Requirements) Regulations 1995 and shall come into force on 10th April 1995.

Section 2Sums needed for personal requirements
The sum which under section 22(4) of the National Assistance Act 1948 a local authority shall assume that a person will need for his personal requirements shall be £13.35 per week.
Section 3Revocation
The National Assistance (Sums for Personal Requirements) Regulations 1994 are hereby revoked.
