Section 1 Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Housing Support Grant (Scotland) Variation Order 1995 and shall come into force forthwith.

Section 2 Variation of Housing Support Grant (Scotland) Order 1994

In the Housing Support Grant (Scotland) Order 1994 —

(a) in article 2 (aggregate amount of housing support grants for 1994-95) for “£25,685,644” there shall be substituted “£24,172,768”;

(b) in article 3(2) (general portion) for “£23,619,305” there shall be substituted “£22,117,030”; and

(c) in article 3(3) (hostel portion) for “£2,066,339” there shall be substituted “£2,055,738”.
