Section 1Citation, commencement and interpretation
(1) This Order may be cited as the Wrexham Maelor Hospital National Health Service Trust (Transfer of Trust Property) Order 1995 and shall come into force on 1st April 1995.
(2) In this Order:
“the Authority” means the Clwyd Health Authority;
“the Trust” means the Wrexham Maelor Hospital National Health Service Trust;
“the trust property” means the items specified in a schedule of trust property prepared by and agreed upon by the Authority and the Trust on 17th August 1994, which schedule has been signed on behalf of both the Authority and the Trust.
