Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Broadgreen Hospital National Health Service Trust Dissolution Order 1995 and shall come into force on 1st April 1995.

Section 2Dissolution of NHS trust

The Broadgreen Hospital National Health Service Trust established by the Broadgreen Hospital National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1990 is hereby dissolved, and accordingly that Order is hereby revoked.
