Section 1
This Order may be cited as the Coal Industry Act 1994 (British Coal Corporation) Extinguishment of Loans Order 1995 and shall come into force on 25th March 1995.

Section 2
The liabilities of the British Coal Corporation to make repayments of capital of £1,598,400,000 and payments of interest of £34,466,803 in respect of sums lent to it out of money provided by Parliament pursuant to section 2 of the Coal Industry Act 1980 are hereby extinguished.
