Section 1 Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Greater London and Surrey (County and London Borough Boundaries) (Variation) Order 1995, and shall come into force on 1st April 1995.

Section 2 Variation in respect of the Metropolitan Police District

(1) The Greater London and Surrey (County and London Borough Boundaries) Order 1994 is varied as provided in paragraphs (2) and (3).

(2) In articles 3(1) and (2), 4(1) and 6(1) the words “shall cease to form part of the Metropolitan Police District and” are omitted.

(3) In articles 3(3), 4(2) and 6(2) and (3)—

(a) after sub–paragraph (c) the words “and to” are inserted;

(b) sub–paragraph (e), and the words “and to” immediately before that sub– paragraph, are omitted.
