The British Citizenship (Designated Service) (Amendment) Order 1995

Section 1

This Order may be cited as the British Citizenship (Designated Service) (Amendment) Order 1995 and shall come into force on 1st April 1995.

Section 2

In the Schedule to the British Citizenship (Designated Service) Order 1982 (which specifies descriptions of service designated for the purposes of section 2 of the British Nationality Act 1981)—

(a) in paragraph 13, “19” shall be substituted for “18”; and

(b) after paragraph 18 there shall be inserted—

(19) Service under the Council for the Central Laboratory of the Research Councils.

(20) Service under the European Conference of Ministers of Transport.

(21) Service under the International Energy Agency.

(22) Service under the Organisation for Economic Co–operation and Development.
