Section 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

(1) This Order may be cited as the United Leeds Teaching Hospitals National Health Service Trust (Transfer of Trust Property) Order 1995 and shall come into force on 29th March 1995.

(2) In this Order—

“the first Trust” means the Harrogate Health Care National Health Service Trust;

“the second Trust” means the United Leeds Teaching Hospitals National Health Service Trust;

“the trust property” means the items specified in a schedule of trust property prepared by and agreed upon by the first Trust and the second Trust on 20th October 1994, which schedule has been signed on behalf of both the first Trust and the second Trust.

Section 2 Transfer of trust property

On 29th March 1995 the trust property shall be transferred from the first Trust to the second Trust.
