Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Local Government Reorganisation (Wales) (Transitional Provisions) Order 1995 and shall come into force on 1st April 1995.

Section 2

A committee established under section 46 of the Local Government (Wales) Act 1994 shall be a body within the terms of regulation 9(1)(c) of the Local Authorities (Members' Allowances) Regulations 1991 .
