Section 1 Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Valuation Roll and Valuation Notice (Scotland) Amendment Order 1995 and shall come into force on 7th March 1995.

Section 2 Amendment of Order

In the Schedule to the Valuation Roll and Valuation Notice (Scotland) Order 1989 —

(a) for the words “35 days” in both places where they appear, there shall be substituted the words “70 days”; and

(b) for the words “21 days”, there shall be substituted the words “14 days”.
