Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Social Security (Industrial Injuries) (Dependency) (Permitted Earnings Limits) Order 1995 and shall come into force on 10th April 1995.

Section 2Increase of earnings limits in respect of dependent children

In paragraph 4 of Schedule 7 to the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992—
(a) in sub–paragraph (4)(a) for the amount of £120 there shall be substituted the amount of £125; and
(b) in sub–paragraph (4)(b) for the amount of £120 there shall be substituted the amount of £125.
