Section 1
These Regulations may be cited as the Education (Bursaries for Teacher Training) (Amendment) Regulations 1995 and shall come into force on 1st April 1995.

The Education (Bursaries for Teacher Training) (Amendment) Regulations 1995
Section 2
Regulation 1(2) of the Education (Bursaries for Teacher Training) Regulations 1994 shall be amended by the addition, at the end of the definition of “course of initial teacher training”, of the words “or which is at an institution accredited by the Teacher Training Agency or, in Wales, by the Higher Education Funding Council for Wales under paragraph 2(2) of that Schedule”.
