This Order may be cited as the Road Traffic (Special Parking Area) (London Borough of Merton) (Amendment) Order 1995 and shall come into force on 3rd April 1995.

The Road Traffic (Special Parking Area) (London Borough of Merton) (Amendment) Order 1995
In this Order “the principal order” means the Road Traffic (Special Parking Area) (London Borough of Merton) Order 1994 .
(1) The principal order shall be amended as follows.
(2) In article 2—
(a) In paragraph (1) for the third unnumbered sub-paragraph there shall be substituted—
“a reference to the Schedule is a reference to the Schedule to this Order,”
(b) in paragraph (1) for the words “Schedule 2”, in the two places where those words occur, there shall be substituted “the Schedule”;
(c) in paragraph (1) for the words “that Schedule” there shall be substituted “the Schedule”; and
(d) paragraphs (2) and (3) shall be omitted.
(3) In article 3 for paragraph (1) there shall be substituted—
(1) The Secretary of State hereby designates the London borough of Merton except the roads named or described in the Schedule as a special parking area.
(4) For Schedule 1 there shall be substituted the Schedule set out in the Schedule to this Order.
(5) Schedule 2 shall be omitted
A3 Kingston Bypass (Beverley Way and Malden Way) between the northern borough boundary with the Royal borough of Kingston Upon Thames and the southern borough boundary with the Royal borough of Kingston Upon Thames.
A24 between the borough boundary with the London borough of Wandsworth and the borough boundary with the London borough of Sutton.
A297 between its junction with the A24 and the borough boundary with the London borough of Sutton.
Beverley Way—
(a) the south west bound slip road (between Bushey Road and Beverley Way (A3) between its junction with Beverley Way (A3) and a point 8m north east of the north eastern flank wall of Raynes Park High School;
(b) the slip road between the south bound slip road from Beverley Way (A3) and Bushey Road, from the south bound slip road from Beverley Way (A3) to a point 2m east of the common boundary between Apex House Bushey Road and 84 Bushey Road;
(c) the north bound service road between the south west bound slip road from Bushey Road to Beverley Way (A3) and the slip road between Beverley Way (A3) south bound slip road and Bushey Road.
Burlington Road—
(a) (west of A3) between its junction with Shannon Corner and a point 12m westg of that junction;
(b) (east of A3) between its junction with Shannon Corner and a point 42m east of that junction.
Bushey Road (flyover) between its junction with Beverley Way London-bound slip road and a point 30m north east of that junction.
Byron Avenue between its junction with Malden Way (Esher-bound on-slip from Shannon Corner to A3) and a point 25m south east of that junction.
Cobham Avenue between its junction with Malden Way (Esher-bound on-slip from Shannon Corner to A3) and a point 20m south east of that junction.
Consfield Avenue between its junction with Malden Way (Esher-bound on-slip from Shannon Corner to A3) and a point 24m south east of that junction.
Huntley Way between its junction with Beverley Way service road and an imaginary straight line drawn between the common boundary of 2 and 4 Huntley Way and 1 and 3 Huntley Way.
Stanley Avenue between its junction with Malden Way (Esher-bound on-slip from Shannon Corner to A3) and a point 20m south east of that junction.
Abbotsbury Road between its junction with London Road (A24) and a point 46m south of the south eastern kerbline of London Road.
Aberconway Road between its junction with London Road (A24) and the western boundary of 34 Aberconway Road.
Briscoe Road between its junction with High Street Colliers Wood (A24) and a point 25m west of the north western kerbline of High Street Colliers Wood.
Byegrove Road between its junction with High Street Colliers Wood (A24) and a point 28.5m west of the north western kerbline of High Street Colliers Wood.
Cavendish Road between its junction with High Street Colliers Wood (A24) and a point 30m east of the north eastern kerbline of High Street Colliers Wood.
Central Road between its junction with London Road (A24) and a point 60m east of the north eastern kerbline of London Road.
Chalgrove Avenue between its junction with London Road (A24) and a point 18m south east of the north eastern kerbline of London Road.
Christchurch Close between its junction with Christchurch Road (A24) and a point 14m east of the north eastern kerbline of Christchurch Road.
Christchurch Road between its junction with Christchurch Road/Merantun Way roundabout (A24) and a point 40m south of that junction.
College Road between its junction with High Street Colliers Wood (A24) and a point 20.5m west of the north western kerbline of High Street Colliers Wood.
Colwood Gardens between its junction with Christchurch Road (A24) and a point 27.5m east of the north eastern kerbline of Christchurch Road.
Crown Lane between its junction with Crown Lane (A24) and a point 3.5m west of the common boundary between 56 and 58 Crown Lane.
Dorset Road between its junction with Morden Road (A24) and a point 31m north west of the north western kerbline of Morden Road.
Dudley Drive between its junction with Tudor Drive and a point 21.5m south west of north western kerbline of Tudor Drive.
Elm Road West between its junction with Epsom Road (A24) and a point 36m south east of the north eastern kerbline of Epsom Road.
Fortescue Road between its junction with Christchurch Road (A24) and a point 14.5m east of the north eastern kerbline of Christchurch Road.
Goodwood Close between its junction with London Road (A24) and a point 28m north west of the north western kerbline of London Road.
Grasmere Avenue between its junction with Crown Lane and a point 13m north of the northern kerbline of Crown Lane.
High Path Link Road between its junction with Merantun Way (A24) and High Path.
Holne Chase between its junction with Epsom Road (A24) and a point 28m south east of the north eastern kerbline of Epsom Road.
Jubilee Way between its junction with Morden Road (A24) and a point 25m east of the north eastern kerbline of Morden Road.
Kenley Road between its junction with Morden Road (A24) and a point 28m west of the south western kerbline of London Road.
Lombard Road—
(a) (east side) between its junction with Morden Road (A24) and the southern flank wall of 3 Lombard Road;
(b) (west side) between its junction with Morden Road (A24) and the northern flank wall of 5 Lombard Road.
London Road—
(a) service road fronting 199 London Road, north of Rosedene Avenue;
(b) service road fronting St. Lawrence’s Church, London Road.
Lower Morden Lane (north east side) between its junction with Epsom Road (A24) and a point 48m north west of the north western kerbline of Epsom Road.
Marlborough Road between its junction with High Street Colliers Wood (A24) and a point 22m east of the north eastern kerbline of High Street Colliers Wood.
Merton High Street between its junction with High Street Colliers Wood (A24) and a point 3m west of the eastern flank wall of the “Kings Head” public house.
Morden Court between its junction with London Road (A24) and a point 22.5m south east of the south western kerbline of London Road.
Morden Road—
(a) between its junction with Merantun Way (A24) and a point 70m north of the northern kerbline of Merantun Way;
