Section 1Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Electricity (Standards of Performance) (Amendment) Regulations 1995, and shall come into force on 1st April 1995.

Section 2Amendment of the Electricity (Standards of Performance) Regulations 1993

Schedules 2 to 4 to the Electricity (Standards of Performance) Regulations 1993 (“the Principal Regulations”) are revoked and substituted by Schedules 2 to 4 in Schedule 1 to these Regulations.

Section 3Amendment of the Electricity (Standards of Performance) Regulations 1993

Schedules 6 to 14 to the Principal Regulations are revoked and substituted by Schedules 6 to 14 in Schedule 2 to these Regulations.
