Section 1 Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Trustee Investments (Additional Powers) Order 1995 and shall come into force on 18th April 1995.

Section 2 Liechtenstein to be a relevant state

In the definition of “relevant state” , in paragraph 4 of Part IV of Schedule 1 to the Trustee Investments Act 1961, “Liechtenstein,” shall be inserted after “Iceland,”.

Section 3 Minor amendment

In paragraph 10A(b)(i) of Part II of Schedule 1 to the Trustee Investments Act 1961, “or of any other country or territory” shall be substituted for “or elsewhere”.
