Section 1Title and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Medicines (Medicated Animal Feeding Stuffs) (Amendment) Regulations 1995 and shall come into force on 7th April 1995.

Section 2Amendment of the Medicines (Medicated Animal Feeding Stuffs) ( No. 2) Regulations 1992

(1) The Medicines (Medicated Animal Feeding Stuffs) (No. 2) Regulations 1992 shall be amended in accordance with the following paragraphs.
(2) In regulation 3(11)—
(a) for the words “1st October” there shall be substituted the words “1st July”; and
(b) for the words “1st September” there shall be substituted the words “1st June”.
(3) For Schedule 3 there shall be substituted the Schedule set out in the Schedule to these Regulations.
