Section 1Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the United Leeds Teaching Hospitals National Health Service Trust Dissolution Order 1995 and shall come into force on 1st April 1995.

Section 2Dissolution of NHS trust
The United Leeds Teaching Hospitals National Health Service Trust established by the Leeds General Infirmary and Associated Hospitals National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1990 is hereby dissolved, and accordingly that Order and the Leeds General Infirmary and Associated Hospitals National Health Service Trust (Change of Name) Order 1991 are hereby revoked.
