Section 1

(1) This Order may be cited as the Police and Magistrates' Courts Act 1994 (Commencement No. 5 and Transitional Provisions) (Amendment No. 2) Order 1995.

(2) This Order shall come into force on 31st March 1995.

Section 2

In article 11(4) of the Police and Magistrates' Courts Act 1994 (Commencement No. 5 and Transitional Provisions) Order 1994 —

(a) for the words “the amounts of all the supplementary credit approvals used by the council and” there shall be substituted “all increases in the council’s credit ceiling in that year by virtue of the use by the council of supplementary credit approvals”; and

(b) for sub-paragraph (b) there shall be substituted
