Section 1Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Royal Hull Hospitals National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Amendment Order 1995 and shall come into force on 26th January 1995.

Section 2Amendment of NHS Trust Establishment Order
In Article 4 of the Royal Hull Hospitals National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1992 (directors of the trust) there shall be added at the end the words “, and, since the trust is to be regarded as having a significant teaching commitment within the meaning of paragraph 3(1)(d) of Schedule 2 to the Act, one of those non–executive directors shall be appointed from the University of Hull”.
