Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Leeds Development Corporation (Area and Constitution) Order 1995 and shall come into force on 1st April 1995.

Section 2Urban development area

(1) Article 3 of the Leeds Development Corporation (Area and Constitution) Order 1988 is hereby revoked.

(2) So much of the Leeds Development Corporation (Area and Constitution) Order 1988 as has not previously been revoked shall be revoked with effect from 1st July 1995.
