Section 1
(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Gaming Clubs (Hours and Charges) (Amendment) Regulations 1995 and shall come into force on 1st May 1995.
(2) These Regulations do not extend to Scotland.

The Gaming Clubs (Hours and Charges) (Amendment) Regulations 1995
Section 2
Regulation 5(1) of the Gaming Clubs (Hours and Charges) Regulations 1984 shall be amended by substituting for the figure “£6.60”, in both places where it occurs, the figure“£6.80”.
Section 3
The Gaming Clubs (Hours and Charges) (Amendment) Regulations 1994 are hereby revoked.
