Section 1
(1) This Order may be cited as the Amusements with Prizes (Variation of Monetary Limits) Order 1995 and shall come into force on 1st May 1995.
(2) This Order shall not extend to Scotland.

The Amusements with Prizes (Variation of Monetary Limits) Order 1995
Section 2
In section 16(3) of the Lotteries and Amusements Act 1976 (conditions on which the provision of amusements is permitted at certain commercial entertainments), paragraph (b) shall have effect as if, for the sum specified in that paragraph, there were substituted the sum of £30.
Section 3
The Amusements with Prizes (Variation of Monetary Limits) Order 1992 is hereby revoked.
