Section 1 Title and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Environmentally Sensitive Areas (Exmoor) Designation (Amendment) (No. 2) Order 1995 and shall come into force on 21st April 1995.

Section 2 Amendment

Article 6(3) of the Environmentally Sensitive Areas (Exmoor) Designation Order 1993 shall be amended by substituting for the words “at the rate per annum of £2.40 for each 10 metres of hedgerow”, the words “at the rate per annum of 24p for each metre of hedgerow”.

Section 3 Saving

Article 2 of this Order shall not apply in respect of any annual payment to a farmer which relates wholly or in part to any period before 1st April 1995.
