Section 1Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Teddington Memorial Hospital National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Amendment Order 1995 and shall come into force on 28th January 1995.

Section 2Amendment of NHS Trust Establishment Order
In the Teddington Memorial National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1993 —
(a) in Article 4 (directors of the trust) for “3 non–executive” there shall be substituted “4 non–executive” and for “3 executive” there shall be substituted “4 executive”
(b) in Article 7(2) (assistance by health authorities before operational date) for the words “between the establishment date and” there shall be substituted the word “before”.
