Section 1Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Robert Jones and Agnes Hunt Orthopaedic and District Hospital National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Amendment Order 1995 and shall come into force on 13th April 1995.

Section 2Amendment of NHS trust Establishment Order
In Article 4 of the Robert Jones and Agnes Hunt Orthopaedic and District Hospital National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1993 for “5 non-executive” there shall be substituted “4 non-executive” and for “5 executive” there shall be substituted “4 executive”.
