Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Local Government Act 1988 (Defined Activities) (Exemption) (Breckland District Council) Order 1995 and shall come into force on 1st January 1996.

Section 2Exemption of management of sports and leisure facilities

The managing of sports and leisure facilities by Breckland District Council shall not be treated as a defined activity so long as it is undertaken at the Breckland Leisure Centre, Croxton Road, Thetford between 1st January 1996 and 30th September 1996.
