Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Superannuation (Admission to Schedule 1 of the Superannuation Act 1972) (No. 2) Order 1996 and shall come into force on 23rd April 1996.

Section 2

Employment by the National Forest Company is hereby added to the employments listed in Schedule 1 to the Superannuation Act 1972 with effect from 1st April 1995.
