Section 1

(1) This Order may be cited as the New Town (Glenrothes) Dissolution Order 1996 and shall come into force on 4th April 1996.

(2) In this Order, “Glenrothes Development Corporation” means the Glenrothes Development Corporation established by the New Town (Glenrothes) (Development Corporation) Order 1948 .

Section 2

The Secretary of State hereby appoints 5th April 1996 as the date for the dissolution of Glenrothes Development Corporation.
