Section 1

The length of trunk road described in the Schedule to this Order and shown by broad striped hatching on the deposited plan shall cease to be a trunk road as from the date on which the Secretary of State notifies the County Council of North Yorkshire that the new trunk road is open for through traffic.

This Order shall come into force on 26th April 1996 and may be cited as the A629 Trunk Road (Ings Lane to Cononley Lane) (Detrunking) Order 1996.
