Section 1Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Road Traffic (Special Parking Area) (Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames) (Amendment) Order 1996 and shall come into force on 20th May 1996.

Section 2Amendment of the Road Traffic (Special Parking Area) (Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames) Order 1994
(1) The Schedule to the Road Traffic (Special Parking Area) (Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames) Order 1994 shall be amended as follows.
(2) After paragraph 10 there shall be inserted the following paragraph—
(10A) Highfield Road between its junction with Tolworth Rise North service road and a point 21m north west of the south eastern boundary of 153 Tolworth Rise North.
(3) After paragraph 25 there shall be inserted the following paragraph—
(25A) Tolworth Rise North service road between a point opposite the common boundary of 143 and 145 Tolworth Rise North and a point 5m north east of the common boundary of 157 and 159 Tolworth Rise North.
