Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Financial Services Act 1986 (Gas Industry Exemption) (Amendment) Order 1996 and shall come into force on 22nd May 1996.

Section 2Amendments

In article 1 of the Financial Services (Gas Industry Exemption) Order the words“Financial Services Act 1986 (Gas Industry Exemption) Order 1996” shall be substituted for the words “Financial Services (Gas Industry Exemption) Order”.
