Section 1Title and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) (Oil and Chemical Pollution of Salmon and Migratory Trout) (Revocation) Order 1996 and shall come into force on 3rd May 1996.

Section 2Revocation

The Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) (Oil and Chemical Pollution of Salmon and Migratory Trout) Order 1996 is hereby revoked.
