The Housing and Planning Act 1986 (Commencement No.19) (Scotland) Order 1996
Section 2Provisions coming into force on 1st June 1996
The following provisions of the Housing and Planning Act 1986 shall come into force on 1st June 1996:—
(a) section 53(1) (minor and consequential amendments) in so far as it relates to paragraphs 57 and 58 of Schedule 11; and
(b) section 53(2) (repeals) in so far as it relates to the repeals in Part IV of Schedule 12 specified in the Schedule to this Order.
