Section 1Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Erskine Bridge Tolls Extension Order 1996 and shall come into force on the day after the day on which it is approved by resolution of the House of Commons.

Section 2Provision
It is hereby directed that the period of twenty years referred to in section 4(1) of the Erskine Bridge Tolls Act 1968 extended by five years by the Erskine Bridge Tolls Extension Order 1991 shall be further extended by five years.
