Section 1Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Local Government Act 1988 (Defined Activities) (Exemption) (Royal Borough of Kingston-upon-Thames) Order 1996 and shall come into force on 23rd February 1996.

Section 2Exemption of supervision of parking work
The supervision of parking by the Royal Borough of Kingston-upon-Thames shall not be treated as a defined activity so long as it is carried out in their area before 1st September 1996.
