The Scottish Environment Protection Agency (Transfer Date) Order 1996
Section 2Transfer date
For the purposes of Part I of the Environment Act 1995 as it applies for or in connection with transfers under or by virtue of Chapter II of that Part, the transfer date shall be 1st April 1996.
