Section 1

These Regulations may be cited as the Civil Aviation (Air Travel Organisers' Licensing) (Amendment) Regulations 1996 and shall come into force on 21st June 1996.

Section 2

The Civil Aviation (Air Travel Organisers' Licensing) Regulations 1995 shall be amended as follows:

(1) For regulation 3(1)(a) there shall be substituted:

(a) he is the operator of the relevant aircraft when the flight is made (in these Regulations called “an operator”);

(2) In regulation 4(5)(b) “first class” shall be omitted.
