Section 1Citation and commencement

(1) This Act of Sederunt may be cited as the Act of Sederunt (Civil Evidence (Family Mediation)) 1996 and shall come into force on 14th February 1996.

(2) This Act of Sederunt shall be inserted in the Books of Sederunt.

Section 2Form of certificate of approval of organisation

A certificate of approval granted by the Lord President of the Court of Session under section 1 of the Civil Evidence (Family Mediation) (Scotland) Act 1995 for the purposes of subsection (2) of that section shall be in the form prescribed in the Schedule to this Act of Sederunt.
