Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Amusement Machine Licence Duty (Small-prize Machines) Order 1996 and shall come into force on 1st July 1996.

Section 2

Article 4(1) of the Betting and Gaming Duties Act 1981 (Monetary Amounts) Order 1995 shall be omitted.

Section 3

In section 22(2) of the Betting and Gaming Duties Act 1981 for “£8” there shall be substituted “£10”.
