Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Financial Assistance for Environmental Purposes (No.2) Order 1996 and shall come into force on 1st July 1996.

Section 2Variation of section 153(1) of the Environmental Protection Act 1990

In section 153(1) of the Environmental Protection Act 1990 , the following paragraph shall be inserted after paragraph (dd):–

(ee) the programme known as the Sustainable Action Fund.
