Section 1Citation, commencement and interpretation
(1) This Order may be cited as the Nottingham Healthcare National Health Service Trust (Transfer of Trust Property) Order 1996 and shall come into force on 1st July 1996.
(2) In this Order—
“the first Trust” means the Nottingham City Hospital National Health Service Trust;
“the second Trust” means the Nottingham Healthcare National Health Service Trust;
“the trust property” means the items specified in a schedule of trust property prepared by and agreed upon by the first Trust and the second Trust on 31st July 1995, which schedule has been signed on behalf of both the first Trust and the second Trust.
