Section 1

These Regulations may be cited as the Wireless Telegraphy (Licence Charges) (Amendment) Regulations 1996 and shall come into force on 1st July 1996.

Section 2

The Wireless Telegraphy (Licence Charges) (Regulations) 1995 are hereby amended as follows:

(a) for the table in Schedule 3, there shall be substituted the table set out in Schedule 1 to these Regulations; and

(b) for the provisions in Schedule 4 relating to the category headed “ Public Mobile Radio ”, there shall be substituted the provisions relating to the category headed “ Public Mobile Communications ” set out in Schedule 2 to these Regulations.
