Section 1Title, commencement and extent

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Countryside Stewardship (Amendment) (Extension to the Isles of Scilly) Regulations 1996 and shall come into force on 30th June 1996.

(2) These Regulations extend to England .

Section 2Amendment of previous Regulations

For paragraph (2) of regulation 1 (title, commencement and extent) of the Countryside Stewardship Regulations 1996 , there shall be substituted the following—

(2) These Regulations extend to England, including the Isles of Scilly.
