Section 1

These Regulations may be cited as the Civil Aviation Authority (Amendment) Regulations 1996 and shall come into force on 1st July 1996.

Section 2

Paragraph (a) of regulation 21 of the Civil Aviation Authority Regulations 1991 shall be omitted.
