Section 1Citation and commencement
These Regulations may be cited as the Local Government Act 1988 (Competition) (Housing Management) (Rossendale) Regulations 1996 and shall come into force on 28th February 1996.

Section 2Postponement of date
In its application to the Rossendale Borough Council regulation 3 of the Local Government Act 1988 (Competition) (Housing Management) (England) Regulations 1994 shall have effect as if for the reference to 1st April 1996 there were substituted a reference to 1st December 1996.
