Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Closure of Prisons (H.M. Young Offender Institution Finnamore Wood) Order 1996 and shall come into force on 1st September 1996.

Section 2

The young offender institution known as H.M. Young Offender Institution Finnamore Wood and situate in the county of Buckinghamshire shall close on the coming into force of this Order.
