Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Education (Recognised Awards) (Richmond College) Order 1996 and shall come into force on 30th June 1996.

Section 2Designation of awards

Any award granted or to be granted before 31st October 1996 by Richmond College, the American International University in London is hereby designated as a recognised award for the purposes of section 214 of the Education Reform Act 1988.
