This Order may be cited as the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994 (Commencement No. 10) Order 1966.

The Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994 (Commencement No. 10) Order 1996
Section 2
Section 149 of, and paragraph 70 of Schedule 10 to, the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994 (incorporation of the Parole Board) shall come into force on 1st July 1996.
Section 3
The Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994 (Commencement No. 9) Order 1996 , made on 9th June 1996, is hereby revoked.
