(1) This Order may be cited as the Royal Surrey County and St. Luke’s Hospitals National Health Service Trust (Transfer of Trust Property) Order 1996, and shall come into force on 31st July 1996.
(2) In this Order—
“the Authority” means the West Surrey Health Authority established on 1st April 1996 ;
“the old Authority” means the Western Surrey Health Authority established on 1st April 1995 and abolished on 1st April 1996 ;
“the Trust” means the Royal Surrey County and St. Luke’s Hospitals National Health Service Trust;
“the trust property” means the items specified in a schedule of trust property prepared by and agreed upon by the old Authority and the Trust on 30th November 1995, which schedule has been signed on behalf of both the old Authority and the Trust.
